How to add, move, or remove a student

To add a new student to your class:

  1. Open the Admin Area and go to Classes at the top
  2. Find the class the student is assigned to and click the class name
  3. Click on Students
  4. Click Add Student
  5. Type or copy and paste the student's name and click Add

You can redownload the class logins by clicking Download Logins on the same page


To move an existing student to a new class:

  1. Go to Students & Teachers in the Admin Area
  2. Type in the student's name and click on them
  3. Under Settings on the right-hand side, click on Classes
  4. From the drop-down menu, select the new class and remove the old class
  5. Click Save
  6. The student will now be moved to the new class

The username and password for your student will remain the same


To remove a student from your class:

  1. Open the Admin Area and go to Classes at the top
  2. Find the class the student is assigned to and click the class name
  3. On the right-hand side, click on the bin icon 🗑️
  4. Confirm by clicking Yes to delete the student
  5. The student will now be removed from the class

Removing a student from your class will not delete the student's account
