After feedback from both students and teachers, we’re excited to introduce two new features designed to increase motivation, consistency and visibility of progress:

Student Streaks - rewarding daily engagement
A redesigned Student Dashboard - clearer insight into progress and rankings

Both features are designed to support the proven “little and often” approach, which helps students build strong habits and retain more over time.

What Are Streaks?

Student Streaks track how many consecutive days a learner completes activities on Languagenut.

Each day a student completes at least one activity, their streak continues - and they earn bonus points for maintaining momentum.

If a day is missed, the streak resets - encouraging consistent, bite-sized practice rather than last-minute cramming.

Students now have access to an enhanced dashboard that gives them a clear, motivating overview of their activity and performance.

The dashboard displays:

Encourages short-term goal setting and visible progress.

🏫 School ranking

Performance compared with peers in their school.

🌍 World ranking

See how they compare globally across the Languagenut community.
