Unable to upload custom content

If you are experiencing issues with uploading your own custom content, here are a few things to consider

• Over 20 examples in your set?
  • Allow for a few minutes for the platform to acquire audio
  • Check the learning/support words and the speaker icon - if it has a X then audio hasn't been acquired yet
  • This will take students a much longer amount of time to complete and drop off rates increase by 50%
• Punctuation?
  • For writing tasks, students must enter the exact text, so if you include / ( ) ... in the learning word, they have to do the same. Adding these to the support language may help students (such as m/f)
• Slow internet?
  • Creating custom content requires a lot of bandwidth as audio files can be large!
