Resetting passwords

🔐 Resetting Your Own Password

1. Go to: https://www.languagenut.com/resources/en-gb/
2. Click ‘Forgotten Password?’
3. Enter your school email address
4. Click ‘Reset password’
5. Check your inbox — the password reminder email may take up to 30 minutes to arrive

🎓 Resetting a Student’s Password

1. Login to Languagenut
2. Go to the Admin area
3. Click on ‘Students & Teachers’
4. Search for the student by name
5. Click the key icon 🔑 next to their name
6. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm and generate a new password
7. Click ‘Download Login’ to save their new login details

👩‍🏫 Resetting Another Staff Member’s Password

(Admin access required)

1. Login to Languagenut
2. Go to the Admin area
3. Click on ‘Students & Teachers’
4. Select the ‘Teachers’ tab
5. Click on the staff member’s name
6. Click ‘Generate New Password’
7. Click ‘Send Password Reminder’ — an email will be sent directly to the staff member
