Troubleshooting LE003 Login Error

This guide will help students resolve the 'LE003' error when attempting to log in to Languagenut.

❗ What is the LE003 Error?

The LE003 error occurs when a student tries to log in to a Languagenut server that does not host their school's data.

🔍 Step 1: Check the Login Page URL

Ensure you are visiting the correct login page: https://www.languagenut.com/resources/en-gb/index.html#/LoginScreen

👁️ Step 2: Read the Text at the Top of the Page

At the top of the login screen, you will see a message referring to school location. This message helps direct you to the correct server based on your school's location.

✅ Step 3: Click the Correct Country Link

If you see a message like "If your school is based in the UK...", and your school *is* in the UK, you must click on that message. This will redirect you to the correct server for your school's data.
