π Step 1: Check the Login Page URL
Ensure you are visiting the correct login page
For UK, European, and schools in America use: https://www.languagenut.com/resources/en-gb/index.html#/LoginScreen. Your students may need to use this link when on holiday https://resources.languagenut.com/resources/#/LoginScreen?forcedNotAsia=true
For Australian and New Zealand based schools use: https://asia.languagenut.com/resources/#/LoginScreen
ποΈ Step 2: Read the Text at the Top of the Page
At the top of the login screen, you will see a message referring to school location. This message helps direct you to the correct server based on your school's location.

β Step 3: Click the Correct Country Link
If you see a message like "If your school is based in the UK...", and your school *is* in the UK, you must click on that message. This will redirect you to the correct server for your school's data.
Common Error Message: LE003 Login Error
'LE003' error is when a teacher or student is attempting to log in to the wrong Languagenut server. We have servers across the globe and your data is only stored on one which corresponds to your Data Protection Laws.
β What is the LE003 Error?
The LE003 error occurs when a student tries to log in to a Languagenut server that does not host their school's data.
